Direct billing options depend on the specific insurer or program. In many cases, Aworie directly bills extended health benefits and other coverage providers.  In all other cases, clients pay Aworie directly and then submit receipts to their extended health benefits or other coverage providers for reimbursement.

For approved WSIB and motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims, services may be billed directly to the relevant provider or insurer as per the authorization and program guidelines. We follow the billing procedures and reporting requirements specified for each approved claim.

Unless a third-party payer arrangement is in place, payment is typically due at the time of service, using accepted payment methods such as pre-authorized credit card transaction or e‑transfer. Receipts are provided that can be used for benefits reimbursement or personal records.

We maintain a cancellation policy that requires notice within a specified time frame to avoid a late‑cancellation or missed appointment fee. Details are provided at intake so clients understand how to reschedule or cancel appointments appropriately.
