Aworie Health offers evidence‑based psychotherapy, assessments, workshops, and self‑paced programs that help clients move from short‑term crisis response to long‑term, sustainable well‑being. Our integrated model makes it easy for healthcare providers, HR professionals, lawyers, insurers, and community organizations to refer with confidence, knowing clients will receive coordinated, high‑quality care.
Our health-focused team is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective support to help individuals navigate their emotional well-being and achieve mental health goals.
We take clinical quality and safety seriously so you can refer with confidence. Our services are delivered by a multidisciplinary team that includes registered psychologists, psychotherapists, social workers, and doctoral‑level experts who adhere to their respective regulatory and ethical standards.
Integrated mental health services – Individual psychotherapy, personality and mental health assessments, support groups, and workplace programs under one roof.
Equity‑focused, culturally responsive care – Services that centre identity, culture, and lived experience for clients from diverse backgrounds.
Evidence‑based approaches – Psychotherapy and programming grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and behaviour science.
Flexible access options – Secure virtual care across Ontario, with options for subscription pathways, EAP support, and insurance‑friendly billing.
Clear communication – With consent, we collaborate around care plans, risk, and return‑to‑work or accommodation needs.
We accept referrals from family physicians, nurse practitioners, specialists, allied health practitioners, HR teams, insurers, lawyers, community organizations, school/campus services, and other mental health providers. Self‑referrals from individuals are also welcome.
With the client’s written consent, we can provide brief updates related to engagement in care, general progress, and high‑level recommendations (for example, return‑to‑work considerations), while maintaining strict confidentiality around session content.
There are currently no wait times. Clients are typically able to book an appointment within 3 to 10 business days.
Yes. Many of our clinicians are covered under extended health benefits (e.g., social workers, psychotherapists), and we offer structured subscription and EAP‑aligned options to support predictable, ongoing care.
When your plan and insurance work together, booking a session feels like an act of care, not a financial stressor. You know that as long as you attend your psychotherapy sessions within the period, you’re actively using what you’re already paying for—and that removes a huge layer of guilt, hesitation, and “maybe I’ll wait until things get worse.”
A subscription gives you more than a single appointment; it gives you a container for your care. Instead of repeating your story in disconnected sessions, you and your clinician can build momentum—connecting psychotherapy with assessments, self-paced tools, and other supports included in your plan.
Your source of guidance and support. Excellent client satisfaction is our top priority.
