Biography

Gul-e Rana finds passion in helping people in their journey towards healing, self-discovery, and growth.  She strives to provide mental health support that is client-centered, culturally sensitive, and unique to each person’s needs. Over the past 6 years, she has worked with numerous non-profit organizations on various mental health projects. She has extensive experience working with newcomers, immigrants, and refugees, especially South Asians and Muslims.

As a 1.5 generation immigrant, she recognizes the role that intersectionality plays in our mental well-being. Gul-e Rana understands how daunting it can be to reach out for help and tackle the cultural or faith-based stigmas surrounding therapy. As a human first and therapist later, she hopes to work collaboratively with you to create a personalized support plan for your well-being.
