Biography

Tiffany is a Registered Social Worker who completed her Master of Social Work at the University of Southern California, with a focus on individual and family systems and interventions. Tiffany’s passion for learning and growth led her to begin her Doctorate of Social Work at Capella University, with a focus on Systems Theory.

Tiffany uses a combination of Talk Therapy, Brief/Solution-Focused Therapy, Strength-based Therapy, and Trauma-informed therapy in her work with clients.

She has experience working with the adolescent and young-adult population, and has used these techniques to support individuals through interpersonal and relationship challenges, goal setting, adjustment challenges, and mental and developmental challenges.

Recognizing that reaching out for support is not always easy, Tiffany believes that a collaborative environment can enhance therapeutic outcomes and boost resilience and self-confidence.
