About Chen

As a meditation coach, Chen is known for his compassionate and non-judgmental approach.  He believes that everyone has the potential to cultivate mindfulness and tap into their innate wisdom and resilience.  Through his guidance, he empowers his clients to develop a sustainable meditation practice and to integrate mindfulness into their daily lives.
